Book a taxi in Ingleburn

Ingleburn sits 45 km south-west of the city, between Macquarie Fields and Minto. Since the land west of the line was rezoned in 1969 it has been a suburb of two halves, and our bookings reflect that.

The village side

The shops, cafes and Ingleburn Village cluster around Oxford Road and Macquarie Road. In March those streets and Nardoo Street close for Ingleburn Alive, the town's street festival, which ran from 3pm to 9pm on 14 March 2026. Book a festival pickup for a side street clear of the closures.

The industrial side

Warehouses and depots along Stennett Road and Williamson Road, west of the railway. Staff, visitors and couriers all need cars here.

Who we drive

Shift workers, parents with prams from the new estates towards Edmondson Park, older residents heading to appointments in Campbelltown or Liverpool, and anyone carrying more shopping than the bus allows. Sedans and SUVs take up to four; a maxi taxi takes 7 or 11.

Every fare is fixed upfront with tolls and GST included, and there is no surge pricing. We carry pets and parcels as well. Call 02 7265 1227 and tell us where you are headed.

Pickup spots we use in Ingleburn

Ingleburn is easy to drive around, but a named meeting point still saves a phone call, especially on the industrial side where every driveway looks alike.

  1. Ingleburn station

The station has a kiss and ride stopping area, a commuter car park on Stanley Road and lifts at the south end, added in the upgrade that began in 2014. The kiss and ride area is the easiest place to load bags.

  2. Ingleburn Village, 100 Macquarie Road

The shopping centre sits right beside the station with a large level car park. Wait at the entrance you walked in through and tell us which one when you call.

  3. Oxford Road shops

The main strip for cafes, takeaway and services. Give us the business name and we will pull up out front or on the nearest side street.

  4. Ingleburn RSL, Chester Road

Near Memorial Oval. Popular for a lift home after dinner or a function, so book ahead on busy nights.

  5. Milton Park and Wood Park

Football and softball at Milton Park, rugby league and cricket at Wood Park. Tell us the field and the finish time for weekend sport.

West of the railway

Taxis for the Ingleburn industrial area

Much of west Ingleburn is warehouses, logistics sheds and factories, including the Ingleburn Logistics Park on Stennett Road with its access to Williamson Road. Buses do not suit a 5am start or a 10pm finish, and that is where we come in.

Shift starts and finishes

Book a regular pickup for early or late shifts and give us the site name, gate and unit number. Large estates share one street address across several warehouses.

Visitors and contractors

Clients arriving at Ingleburn station or flying in to Mascot for a site visit. We do corporate work and accept Cabcharge.

Urgent parcels

A part, a document or a sample that has to be somewhere today. We carry parcels door to door.

Maxi cabs, baby seats and wheelchair access in Ingleburn

Plenty of Ingleburn households are big families, and a lot of airport runs need two child seats and a pram. Ask for baby seats when you book, choose a maxi for 7 or 11, and give us notice for the wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Ingleburn to Sydney Airport

Around 40 to 50 minutes when traffic is light. Weekday mornings on the M5 are the risk, so for an early international departure we will suggest a pickup with room to spare. Landing back in Sydney? Give us the flight number and we time the pickup to your arrival.
